Yoga at the Library: Mondays at 10am

Flexibility, Strength, and Stress Relief

Join us at the library for a gentle flow emphasizing flexibility and balance, both physically and energetically. Led by Effingham-based instructor Dawn Bradbury, expect a joyful journey incorporating asanas (physical postures), pranayama (breathwork), mindfulness and meditation.

Yoga instructor Dawn BradburyYoga instructor Dawn Bradbury is a chicken mom and yogi who stumbled into a yoga class seeking relief from chronic back pain and discovered the mind-body-breath connection that remains her passion.

The pace of classes is slower, cultivating mindfulness while leaving room for play and relaxation. This is an all-levels yoga class that offers modifications to meet a variety of needs. Grab your mat and begin the journey!

What to Bring

Dress in comfortable layers. Mats, blocks and blankets will be available. Please bring anything else you find helpful in your practice (bolster, pillow, journal, etc).
