Preserving Effingham’s History
In 2010, the Effingham Public Library and the Effingham Historical Society partnered to create a digital archive of historical artifacts and recordings. The collection includes oral histories, historical photographs, exhibits, and more. The goal is to preserve our history while making it widely accessible through a searchable database of photographic, audio, and textual artifacts.
If you have any questions or if you would like to contribute to the collection, please contact the library or reach out to the Effingham Historical Society.
