Book Group at Effingham Public Library
Are you interested in joining a book group here at your local library? If so, please email, call, or attend our monthly Book Group Discussion to see what it is all about. Book group meets on the last Wednesday of the month at 6pm, September through June. We will have multiple copies of our next read to hand out following the discussion, and available anytime during normal library hours.
We will be meeting for our next discussion on September 26th at 6:00pm.
Our current read is: “Where You’ll Find Me” by Ty Gagne
On Feb. 15, 2015, Kate Matrosova, an avid mountaineer, set off before sunrise for a traverse of the Northern Presidential Range in New Hampshire’s White Mountains. Late the following day, rescuers carried her frozen body out of the mountains amid some of the worst weather ever recorded on these deceptively rugged slopes.
This book is part of the One Book One Valley program; The Community Read for Mount Washington Valley and beyond! For more information on One Book One Valley please visit https://onebookonevalley.org/
